We use a spiritual profile assessment, a faith-based tool specifically designed to assist the believer's transition to the next level of personal development and identify their strengths and uniqueness to improve their leadership skills.

Anger Management/Conflict Resolution

Anger is a natural emotion with a wide range of intensity, from mild irritation and frustration to rage. Anger is not a destructive emotion; it is all about how we express it, which makes it good or bad. Understanding what we have control over and what we don’t is the first step to managing our emotions. We use the eight core principles of Anger Management.

WELLNESS PROGRAM

Our wellness program is a series of comprehensive presentations, workshops, and events that help you to implement lifestyle changes that bring about whole-person wellness. Different from physical health or just being "good," wellness can only be achieved by incorporating the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of one's being.

Our wellness program is great for churches or businesses seeking to improve the morale and well-being of their community. We use evidence-based tools to reduce or eliminate personal problems affecting members' health and productivity. We aim to increase awareness of positive behaviors, motivate members to voluntarily adopt healthier behaviors, and provide opportunities and a supportive environment to foster positive lifestyle changes.

This is achieved through a combination of group education sessions facilitated by our wellness providers and one-time events, such as National Health, Fitness, and Suicide Awareness Days. Our sessions will significantly improve the quality of life for participants. Take a look at some of our new 2023 sessions.
